Future Developments: E-Jagriti
In addition to E-Daakhil, the government is working on another platform called e-Jagriti, which aims to enhance the case filing and resolution process further. This initiative is part of the broader effort to modernize and streamline consumer justice in India, making it more accessible and efficient.
